Koltrix is AI-first email for SaaS teams. It gives a team a shared inbox on its own domain, where AI sorts mail, summarises it and drafts replies (nothing is sent without a person clicking Send), plus a transactional email API and SMTP relay. It also connects to Claude and ChatGPT through MCP.

Koltrix is AI-first email for SaaS teams. It combines a team inbox on your own domain with the transactional email API and SMTP relay your product sends with, on one bill.
In the inbox, AI sorts incoming mail into Primary, Other, Cold pitches, Newsletters and Updates, summarises long threads and drafts replies. A person always clicks Send. Teams get shared mailboxes with per-mailbox permissions, labels and auto-label rules, assignment, internal notes and @mentions.
For developers, Koltrix offers a REST API (POST /api/v2/emails), an SMTP relay, signed webhooks, and custom domains with ownership verification, SPF, per-domain 2048-bit DKIM keys and DMARC, plus BIMI sender logos.
Koltrix also runs an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP apps can read, search, organise and draft in a mailbox. Sending by an assistant is off by default.
Koltrix is built by NVS Ventures, a sole proprietorship in Bengaluru, India.

Using the name and logo
- Write the name as Koltrix: one word, capital K, lower-case the rest.
- Leave clear space around the logo of at least a quarter of its height.
- Link the name to https://koltrix.com when the medium allows links.
- Do not recolour, stretch, rotate or add effects to the logo.
- Do not imply that Koltrix endorses, certifies or partners with you.
- Do not use the logo in a way that suggests a certification we do not hold.
