Changelog
What changed, and when.
- Added
Agents, triage and a spam filter that actually routes
- Pitch Shield screens cold outreach and files it where you can review it in one pass, instead of one message at a time.
- Promise Keeper tracks commitments in both directions and drafts the nudge when one is missed.
- Customer Loop gives every outbound message a signed reply address, so replies to your product's email land in the team inbox threaded under the message that caused them.
- Mail is sorted into Primary, Other and Cold pitches before you open it, each with a one-line summary.
- Marking something as spam now blocks the sender and teaches the filter, instead of just moving the message.
- Agents can propose but never send: the runtime has no send, forward or delete tool at all.
- Improved
Search that finds the recent thing first
- Search is strict about matching and sorts by recency, so the newest match is the first result rather than the twelfth.
- The index updates when you read, move or delete a message, and a nightly job reconciles anything that drifted.
- Operators: from:, to:, has:attachment and more, with a full results view.
- Measured at a 25.7 ms 95th percentile against a 100 ms budget.
- Added
Billing, trials and limits that mean something
- A 7-day trial with no card, and a plan picker that reads the same pricing file as this website.
- Every limit — storage, sends, domains, addresses, seats, AI actions — is enforced by the API rather than only displayed.
- Usage bars that show real numbers, after a storage meter that had been calling a URL that did not exist.
- When a trial ends the workspace becomes read-only: mail keeps arriving and stays exportable, and sending pauses.
- Improved
A simpler app
- Seven things in the sidebar instead of seventeen, and one search box instead of two.
- Archive is now called Done. Done, Scheduled, Spam and Trash live under More.
- Team, Domains, API keys and Analytics moved into Settings where people were already looking for them.
- Your workspace logo replaces ours in the sidebar and the browser tab.
- New mail appears without a refresh, and the tab title carries the unread count.
