Koltrix vs Postmark
Postmark is the gold standard for transactional deliverability and speed. Koltrix sends transactional mail too, and adds the team inbox on the same domain. An honest look at both.
What Postmark is
Postmark has spent more than a decade being the boring, reliable answer to “will my password reset arrive”. Separate streams for transactional and broadcast mail, a long public record on deliverability, and support that engineers speak well of. When delivery speed is the requirement, it is very hard to argue against.
Choose Postmark if…
- Transactional deliverability is the single thing you are buying, and you want the longest track record you can get.
- You need detailed per-message delivery forensics and long log retention.
- You need inbound parsing rules and templates that a marketing team edits without a deploy.
- You need a vendor with an established compliance posture. We are new and have no certification.
Choose Koltrix if…
- You do not want to run a separate mailbox vendor alongside it. Koltrix is both.
- You want replies to transactional mail to reach a human inbox with the thread attached.
- You want agents on the human side of the mailbox — triage, drafts, promise tracking.
- One bill and one DNS setup matter more to you than a decade of delivery history.

Postmark prices by monthly message volume; current tiers are on their site. Koltrix bundles inbox and API sends into one workspace price. Postmark is a trademark of its owner; it is named here for comparison only, and we use none of its brand assets.
