Koltrix vs Google Workspace
Google Workspace gives your team mailboxes. Koltrix gives your team mailboxes, the API your product sends with, and agents that triage and draft — on one bill. An honest comparison, including where Workspace wins.
What Google Workspace is
Google Workspace is Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Meet sold per user. It is the default choice for company email, and for good reason: the spam filtering is the best in the industry, every mail client on earth speaks to it, and nobody was ever fired for buying it.
Choose Google Workspace if…
- You need Calendar, Drive, Docs and Meet as well as mail — Koltrix is email, not an office suite.
- Your team lives in Outlook or Apple Mail. Koltrix has no IMAP access in v1.
- You need mail on a phone with a native app rather than a web app.
- Your compliance team requires a named certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We do not have one.
Choose Koltrix if…
- Your product sends email too. In Workspace that is a second vendor, a second bill and a second set of DNS records; here it is the same domain and the same dashboard.
- Replies to your product's transactional mail land in your team inbox, threaded under the message that caused them, instead of dying at a noreply address.
- Agents triage cold pitches, track promises and draft replies — and never send anything without a click.
- Pricing is per workspace with seats included, not per user, so adding a co-founder does not change the bill.

Google Workspace is priced per user per month and the current rates are on their site. Koltrix is priced per workspace with seats included. Google Workspace is a trademark of its owner; it is named here for comparison only, and we use none of its brand assets.
